Code of Conduct- ERYC already adopted by PPC, there needs to be a discussion/agreement/ adoption of policies –  
1) Model Standing Orders, and  
2) Financial Regulations—also an approval of emergency funding, (and agreement of what constitutes as emergency funding) for discretionary use by clerk between council meetings    
 
Continuing Matters  
BPWFG -benches and picnic tables purchased and kindly stored at the Shipyard-needs a Working Group to assist DH to move to Sanctuary Bank, and site, once the EA agree -without a site cost to PPC (-after 8th September)Cllr Allen (£2,850 grant applied for-£2,000 awarded—balance can be submitted in volunteer hours, and the cost from DH)
King Charles 111 coastal path query-response shared-Cllr Hulme to contact the author
D-Day information-6th June 2024-lighting of beacons etc to central log
Emergency Plan- updated copy to ERYC and clerk? -Cllr Shaw
Remembrance Sunday-12th November 2023- clerk to arrange as last year? and order of wreaths?? Cost of refreshments to be agreed? Cllr Lowde booking of the Village Hall
Vitally important the checks on PPC assets are kept up to date for the clerk to log, and clerk informed asap of any problems
Lane and woods–Community Payback have been -litter picking, clipping ivy and repairing the lane, and will return regularly, can we make scalpings available??—Cllr Hulme asks for funding for the lane to be discussed re quote
CCTV car park-cameras sourced— Cllr Hulme requests funding for signage for the lane and car park. The police agree to siting of a camera in the playpark (more criminal damage)—funding for signage playpark?
