| Matters Arising from Whole Council Training Slides and information emailed out Code of Conduct- ERYC already adopted by PPC, there needs to be a discussion/agreement/ adoption of policies – 1) Model Standing Orders, and 2) Financial Regulations—also an approval of emergency funding, (and agreement of what constitutes as emergency funding) for discretionary use by clerk between council meetings | |
