Matters Arising:            
4. Continuing Matters:  
Land near the post box, ongoing, Cllr Lowde looked back through minutes from 1987, PPC had placed in the HDM and put notices up around Pier House to say that they were adopting it as Amenity Land, this information has been passed, as requested, to the solicitor.
Tree Safety-policy-Cllr Shaw- add to December agenda
Playground inspection training Worlaby, Cllr Leach and DH attended, Cllr Leach explained that we need a weekly written log (does Cllr Shaw have paperwork?) a cursory check weekly, equipment needs more in depth check monthly, need to identify who will complete, also as funding permits, self-closing gates needed at each entrance -do StreetScape do them?
Remembrance Sunday, all booked and confirmed, Cllr Lowde will place the Solar Tommies around the cenotaph
Postie retirement- cash instead of vouchers agreed prop Cllr Woodmansey, sec Cllr Hodgson, all agreed
Christmas tree, festive lighting- Cllr Lowde will speak with the village hall committee re placing on the balcony
Flail mowing-completed-problem accessing the new cemetery hedge-monitor-awaiting the invoice
Employment of groundsman-Cllr Lowde, a discussion took place regarding this, it was felt that we were not in a position to be able to employ, Cllr Hulme proposed it remained as it is, sec by Cllr Woodmansey, all agreed—Cllr Lowde will address
First Aid Training- Cllr Hodgson will attend 14 November-can she get details of other medical equipment that we could store, including choking equippment
Skelpings-no response from ERYC contact as yet
Maintenance of Parish assets- add to each month’s agenda-PPC need to keep a check on gravestones-           
                
5.Correspondence  
Request from Paull Primary School, discussed, Cllr Annison proposed, sec by Cllr Leach to make a contribution of £300 to the school trip, for the school to use as they choose (would we look to make an annual contribution?)
Request from Mandy re the church, Cllr Lowde read out, would Cllr Shaw be prepared to do a reading?
Walking Football Mondays, 3 November 2-3pm South Holderness
ERYC response in regard to parking sportsfield-noted
Lighthouses-Cllr Hulme-has Cllr Shaw any further information from ABP regarding the refurbishment on these listed buildings, do we need to speak with English heritage, they are rapidly deteriorating—do we contact Graham Stuart MP for his involvement?
Memorial cleaning services- we need to be vigilant if a company is cleaning the headstones without PPC permission
Humber Carbon Capture-clerk has phoned to ask why there is no consultation in Paull Village Hall-no response as yet
Able marine request for extension date-includes mitigation at Cherry Cobb-noted
ER Enhanced bus partnership Bishop Burton College, Friday, 28 November 2025 at 9.15am-no-one available
NBB quote for 2 heavy duty picnic tables-£585 each plus vat, PPC agreed to pay 20% contribution as in the guidance notes-clerk will apply for grant
