StreetScape- The lovely new equipment now installed,
Thank you letters/emails sent to all the donators.
Cheque delivered personally to StreetScape—we were informed by letter from our bank that they had stopped it as they were not happy with the signatures—they didn’t match those on the mandate!!! Can we explore changing banks?? Will Internet banking be too complex??  
the viewing platform as per ROSPA? Cllrs Beadle and Woodmansey- can wood be inserted to make it unclimbable?

Huge thanks to Cllr Winter for his advice, we were successful in being awarded a grant of £445 from the Burton Pidsea Wind Farm Grant Fund, the picnic table for the playground has been ordered from NBB  
Site meeting with Graham Stuart MP and ward councillors on Friday, 27th January 2023, 11.15am-11.30am-who is available to attend?
No vacancies at present on the parish council

Land- Re-Siting of rocks to stop vehicle access-Cllr Annison has been to survey, also 2nd gate post broken off-Cllr Lowde liaising with Cllr Annison, Wright Construction hut on the carpark-to repair the footpaths on the front-thanks to Cllr Hulme
ABP— HIEP–Planning permission ABP 18/04071/STPLFE- working group to meet Monday, 9th January 2023, 3.30pm-5.30pm -venue tba-Cllr Lowde
Planning application Fort Paull –no updates- PPC have requested it goes to the Eastern planning if put through for approval, Cllr Shaw will represent PPC.
Pensana- 40 mph speed limit, response from ERYC case manager re bridge over the road—we were not informed as it is in Preston PC area, Paull starts at the BP bridge
Yorkshire Energy Park—Community Forum, Paull Village Hall, 7pm, Wednesday, 14th December 2022=Cllr Shaw
PX- December meeting cancelled
Sanctuary Bank- Cllr Steel liaising with Environment Agency—site meeting tba now the wet weather is here.
