Matters Arising Therefrom  
New playpark equipment installed this week by StreetScape, looks really lovely- look to installing some seating and possibly a seesaw in the spring. Thanks to the councillors involved in the removal of some of the original equipment. Cllrs Woodmansey and Beadle looked at the viewing platform as per the ROSPA advice- possibly put wood uprights in? Huge thanks again to Cllr Winter, and Thank you letters to go to all the donators along with photographs now the park is completed.
Advice regarding any PPC vacancies—no vacancies at present Remembrance Sunday-13th November- thanks to everyone concerned in theservice, and to Mrs Coggs for the lovely refreshments.
Thanks to Cllr Beadle for sourcing and placing the replacement planter at the cenotaph.
Holderness Health Forum 14 November -Cllr Steel met with the management team, gave out some leaflets–inform her of any difficulties.
New Council laptop-on hold for now—off site backup/cloud storage? Cllr Woodmansey.
CCTV -ERYC funding-information from Cllr Hulme-more details to follow-clerk to contact Hedon Town Council for information on their system.  
            
Continuing Matters :  
HCC land purchase complete-the spare rocks need re siting to stop vehicle access—Cllr Lowde will liaise with Cllrs Annison and Carlill- does equipment need to be loaned-costs? Incident just after bonfire night-fireworks party- lots of mess left-which was cleared the following morning-was it reported to the police? 2nd gate post is broken off at ground level-Cllr Lowde will liaise with Cllr Annison.
The Crown-the application has been approved by ERYC, no further information.
ABP- 18/04071/STPLFE- liaison meeting– Cllr Shaw’s deputy will be either Cllr Allen or Cllr Lowde should he not be available. Next meeting to be January in Hedon, no email as yet.  Work has halted on the Tricoya site.
Fort Paull planning application-Cllr Winter advised no further updates.
Yorkshire Energy Park-Community Forum Wednesday, 14 December 2022, 7pm, Paull Village Hall-Cllr Shaw.
Pensana- 40mph speed limit in place, planning application on the ER portal for a bridge over Paull Road- no information to PPC from ER-clerk to contact—informed by case manager that it is only a very small pipe some 7mtrs high, it is in Preston parish, Paull parish boundary starts at the bridge over the Haven-PPC can still comment.
Sanctuary Bank-Cllr Steel liaising has now established a point of contact with the EA-he will liaise with YWT, and also look at more seating.
Paull Crest-Cllr Shaw will get the painting scanned in, sort out for the beacon at January meeting.
