Matters Arising Therefrom Precept 2023-2024 discussed at length, £13,500 proposed by Cllr Woodmansey, seconded by Cllr Beadle, unanimous vote. New playpark equipment installed-difficulties in paying StreetScape now sorted by bank mandate-thanks to Cllr Lowde for his input. Many thanks to the Burton Pidsea Wind Farm for their grant which enabled the purchase of a picnic bench. Cllrs Woodmansey and Beadle will sort the viewing platform as per the ROSPA advice- possibly put wood uprights in? Huge thanks again to Cllr Winter, Thank you letters sent to all the donators now this stage of the park is completed. Site meeting with Graham Stuart MP and ward councillors Friday, 27th January 2023, 11.15am-11.30pm—PLEASE CAN AS MANY COUNCILLORS ATTEND Thanks notice board-clerk to explore and get pricings Also order Paull Crest adhesive prints for the beacon sign No vacancies at present on the council Wright Construction hut-repaired the footpaths along the front-thanks to Cllr Hulme CCTV -very expensive running costs- can we put up our own cameras at the carpark? Continuing Matters : HCC land purchase-the spare rocks need re siting to stop vehicle access—Cllr Hulme will explore – responses to his enquiries emailed out. Gate post ok at present The Crown-no updates ABP- 18/04071/STPLFE- liaison meeting– Cllr Shaw’s deputy Cllr Lowde will attend Monday, 9th January 2023, 1600-1700, Hedon Town Hall Fort Paull planning application-Cllr Winter advised no further updates. Yorkshire Energy Park-Community Forum Wednesday, 14 December 2022, 7pm, Paull Village Hall-Cllr Shaw attended and gave update, Community Fund now open. Preston bypass? It was raised as a query—could there be one (MP?) person that could oversee all the planning in our area -as a cumulative?? Raise at the TPC event Withernsea January??PX meeting-Monday, 30th January 2023, 6pm, Preston Community Hall-who can attend please in GS absence? Pensana- 40mph speed limit in place, planning application on the ER portal for a bridge over Paull Road-informed by case manager that it is only a very small pipe some 7mtrs high, it is in Preston parish, Paull parish boundary starts at the bridge over the Haven-PPC can still comment- Sanctuary Bank-Cllr Steel has spoken with the Local Access Forum, and is getting paperwork with costings Paull Crest-as above- | ||

Any Questions: Village Emergency Plan-Cllr Shaw will update details Cllr Winter informed of possible funding streams, small grants fund of up to £500 on a rolling programme Burton Pidsea Wind Farm, also the main fund for grants over £500 is open from 16th Jan to 24th April 2023. Edge of the grass verge needs sorting Back Lane/Townend Rd (buses and large vehicles had difficulties as there were parked vehicles) Clerk has contacted DH, he will sort-rubble (SH?) and top soil as soon as weather will allow.
