Matters Arising therefrom

 

 

·         StreetScape- Many thanks to Cllr Winter, who has accessed PPC grants for the full amount including delivery which includes a further £250 from Mitsubishi Chemicals, and access to £391 grant through ERYC.

 

Some of the wood already in situ will need removing to make way. Site meeting to be arranged through Cllr Winter with the donors

4.    Continuing Matters

 

 

·  Land purchase- to agree to instruct the solicitor to complete the agreed purchase of the land 7th October 2022   (clerk to update BHIB insurers when completed)  

·  The Crown planning application-was heard on 5th September in County Hall after the site visit, and was voted for by councillors, now referred to the Strategic Planning Committee to be heard 13 October 2022(TBC) as ER planning officers and external agencies had put in a refusal. Emails received from Cllr Dennis-Cllr Shaw addressed and responded

·  ABP— Planning permission ABP 18/04071/STPLFE- working group meeting set up for 28 September 2022 in Paull Village Hall, Cllr Shaw represents Paull Parish Council. (Cllr Lowde  arranging access and refreshments) Thanks to Cllr Winter for all his input

·  Planning application Fort Paull – PPC have requested it goes to the Eastern planning if put through for approval, Cllr Shaw

·  Pensana- no updates

·  Yorkshire Energy Park—meeting 22 September 2022

·  Sanctuary Bank- Cllr Steel liaising with Environment Agency

·  Paul the milkman- received his painting form Cllrs Shaw and Hulme

·  Cllr Steel liaising with A Booker-Holderness Health- regarding a possible open forum/ drop in to be held in Hedon
