Hedges roadside near the BBC field- Thanks to JG for the excellent job
Sanctuary Bank- suggested sitings discussed—DH available in the New Year—confirm in January meeting
HIEP- next Community Liaison Group meeting-Paull 11 January 2024-Cllr Shaw, Update letter from Montagu Evans (sent to every household) discussed-including the proposed link road, Pensana, Dogger Bank, and the ABP navigation lights—ABP have instructed a Heritage building surveyor and Montagu Evans as planning and heritage consultants
Remembrance Sunday-12th November-many thanks to all involved, and to Mrs Coggs for the splendid buffet
PPC assets regularly checked, thanks to Cllr Leach, please could everyone be vigilant and flag any problems they see as soon as possible to the clerk
Lane and woods- better to repair in drier weather, many thanks to TW for the scalpings
Planning application Fort Paull-ERYC agreed to extend the time limit for PPC comments-see below-
MS3-monitor closely-work in Hedon halted at present -ERYC
Better Together-Melton Police Station-Cllr Hodgson attended
Tesco funding bid accepted- please ensure that the counters given out when you shop at the Withernsea store are used to vote (Jan-March)!!

Holderness Health Forum-on line Monday, 15 January 2024-16.30-18.00—who is available?? Concerns that there are still problems picking up medication from the Hedon Pharmacy—could 2 months be given instead of 1 month at a time?? Clerk to email the suggestion in (done 8/12/23)
Parish reviews-ERYC-recommendations and comments re reducing number of serving parish councillors-to cabinet 15 November 2023-no updates
2024-2025 parish precept-discussion took place-10% increase on last year’s proposed by Cllr Shaw, seconded Cllr Lowde, all agreed, bring project ideas to January’s meeting (toilets??)
Communities and Environment Town and Parish Event, Wednesday, 24th January 2024, Burnby Hall, Pocklington-anyone available to attend?
