Matters Arising :  
Presentation by R Palmer re Dogger bank D first round of consultation- 2 possible sites identified-HIEP at Paull or Aldbrough-all are encouraged to respond to the consultation
Sgt McLoughlin and PCSO Munro gave an update regarding the drug warrant executed at Ferryman Park, also discussed was lorries parking in convoy outside Integra—we were informed that it needs ringing in on 101 as it is happening if it is deemed dangerous-so that there is a log and problem areas are identified, the police will update us of their input, clerk informed the meeting that ERYC have agreed to put speed strips on Back Lane in the near future to monitor, (thanks to PCSO Crosse for the surgery poster)
            
 Continuing Matters :  
Financial Regulations draft document and Standing Orders draft document-Cllrs Shaw felt that the Standing Orders draft could be adopted, however we would need Cllr Lowde’s guidance on the Financial Regs document-deferred to December meeting in Cllr Lowde’s absence
Hedges roadside near the BBC field-also some dead trees-clerk to speak to JG-Cllr Hulme happy to meet-Cllr Allen offered to support JG
Sanctuary Bank- meeting Friday, 17th November 2023 at 1pm between EA, DH, and Cllr Allen, to confirm the definite siting (with no cost to the parish council) the benches are being kindly stored in the shipyard, Cllr Annison can move them, working group to assist DH in the assembling—will there be an unveiling ceremony?
ABP Navigation lights-DW from ABP has offered to attend a parish meeting to give updates on the future of the lighthouses-Cllr Hulme asked if DW might attend a site meeting
Remembrance Sunday-12th November-all arranged, Cllr Beadle informed the newly painted flagpole will be in place this week, and is checking the trees at the cenotaph.
PPC assets regularly checked, thanks to Cllr Leach-but please could everyone be vigilant and flag any problems they see as soon as possible to the clerk
Lane and woods-Community payback have done a wonderful job, and will continue at intervals. Cllr Annison will liaise with MC, weather will need to be dry.
