Matters Arising Therefrom  
Elections-all Paull Parish Councillors re-elected unopposed, paperworks completedIvy on trees in the wood-some has been clipped off–councillors to look at possibly arranging a working party with volunteers?  weekly checks and paper trail for insurance purposes for all PPC assets-Cllr Leach will text/email weekly, also any other councillors will feed back. Cllrs Lowde and Leach will liaise will JG re ongoing pothole road repair advice and tree logging.
Signs to be ordered for lane, wording agreed
Private road sign discussed-dates back to the war dept-and needs to remain in place to satisfy Cllr Hulme insurance
Clerk advised that any anti-social behaviour needs to be reported to the police as it is happening to enable them to identify hotspots Community payback interest logged
Whole councillor training from ERNLLCA -joint with Thorngumbald -possibly evening Wednesday 12th July-what time is Paull Village Hall available-contact Thorngumbald clerk -cost is £400+vat—our contribution would be 50%
Emergency Plan-Cllr Shaw-completed-copy to ERYC
Funding bid training course-clerk attended-shared the excellent advice-Annual review of the clerk salary-all in favour of 10% increase
Annual accounts 2022-2023 received, accepted and approved as of 1st June 2023 by all councillors

siting of the spare rocks completed, awaiting invoice  
CCTV carpark- Cllr Hulme explained it now needs a camera siting-Cllr Leach will look at sourcing and arranging siting
Yorkshire Energy Park, grant forms completed by Cllr Shaw for swings. Volunteers are wanted to assess grant requests
ABP- 18/04071/STPLFE- liaison meeting—15th June 2023, 4pm, Cllr Shaw-venue Preston Community Hall
Fort Paull planning application-Cllr Winter has advised no further updates. Monitor closely
Sanctuary Bank-Cllr Steel – EA looking to do the drainage work, Cllr Steel will update as the land needs to be drained before any heavy tables are erected (should we be lucky to access grant applied for) clerk to contact Cllr Steel for update-is there a new person in post at the EA. Cllr Hulme requested to be added to the EA mailing list
