Late bus request – councillors happy to do a questionnaire drop to each household, clerk to contact ERYC again, as they will assist by compiling the leaflet
Emergency Plan-Cllr Shaw
The King’s Coronation-clerk to price up bunting, and liaise with Cllr Beadle/DH re some planting on the grass triangle opposite the allotments (-ref DB to GS for clarification)
2 Trees planted at the Cenotaph-by who-what are they-check when they come into leaf
Next parish meeting and AGM, date set for 11 May (elections 4th May)  
            
 Continuing Matters :    
siting of the spare rocks to stop vehicle access— all sorted, no climbing signs in place, awaiting invoice (cost agreed) thanks to Cllr Annison for arranging  
CCTV carpark- ongoing with Cllr Hulme -post is ready, another bag of postcrete needed
Viewing platform-many thanks to Cllr Beadle for the excellent work Yorkshire Energy Park, Cllr Shaw informed of the well supported meeting to launch the Community Fund (max £5,000)-information has been shared with the school-early applications advised- Cllr Shaw will do the funding bid for 2 swings in the playpark-PPC possible fund match-clerk to contact Streetscape for a price. Cllr Shaw also gave information from the Humber Forest Project (based in Preston), the free tree planting carbon off set scheme it offers, and can sign up for revenue (50% share with HFP) as carbon emmision companies will contribute to the off set scheme
ABP- 18/04071/STPLFE- liaison meeting—no updates
Fort Paull planning application-Cllr Winter advised no further updates
.Sanctuary Bank-Cllr Steel – EA looking to do the drainage work themselves subject to fundings. PPC funding applied for to BPWF, for picnic tables and bench. AG will assist in sourcing if grant application successful. Cllr Steel has previously invited PP councillors to join her on a walk round.
Costings for new laptop £450- £500,and separate hard drive (£50 ish)—new laptop on hold, look to purchase hard drive-all agreed

h. Pensana: Concerns that the site has been cleared and left in a terrible mess – no work is going on, 40mph speed limit still in place, is there a problem with funding??? Is it related to the Carbon Capture going up to Teeside?? Cllr Winter advised to monitor for the next month.  
i. Yorkshire Energy Park: as above, site clearance near waste disposal site before the birds were nesting  
j.  H2H Equinor: What will happen here as it is reported that this will be Teeside  
k. National Grid Ventures: site meetings with residents ongoing    
                      
Committees
a. Development & Conservation: Fort Paull-as above,   Planning Consultation Saltend Chemicals Park (Tricoya) 23/00786/CM, also Froghall Farm Solar Panel Farm 23/00760/STPLFE, both in Preston Parish Council area, PPC no observations or objections      
b. ABP: ongoing as above.
c. Able UK/Siemens: no updates.       
d. Police / Neighbourhood Watch: information and figures previously emailed out.   Agreed that any more nitrous oxide cannisters found on the carpark will be reported to the police.     Dates police village walkabouts-13/4/23 15.00-16.00 hours and 9/5/23 10.00-11.00 hours, both outside the village hall.    Can contact the local policing team by email-Withernsea@humberside.pnn.police.uk         
e. Lighting: Cllr Hulme queried who owns/funds the double headed street light in Turpit Lane-is it ERYC? He was asking as a light may be required down High Paull Lane–Discussion that when we have previously asked ERYC for extra lampposts, PPC would have to pay for the purchase, and the annual running costs         
f. Allotments: nothing to report         
g. School info: Forest Trust working in the school- grant awarded from the King’s coronation fund for a greenhouse, PPC will pay the top up of £137, clerk ok to order from B&Q and transfer funds
h. Sports field: broken gate post-thanks to Cllr Lowde for arranging, all sorted        
i. Community Recreation area: 2 flat swings grant to be applied for as above, also steering wheel for combine as above       
j. Road Safety / Highways: potholes near the Old Vicarage-councillors asked to report to ERYC        
k. Emergency: 2 new packs of defib pads are available from the clerk.       l. Transport: the possibility of a later bus-maybe on a trial basis-clerk discussed with ERYC, questionnaires to be requested from ERYC Councillors will distribute and collect                 
m. Village Hall: the bad weather again forced car boot April to be cancelled, Cllr Lowde and others had filled in potholes in the lane, however the rain washed the shale away, also Grass cutter unable to access.
