| Matters Arising Therefrom Site meeting took place with Streetscape-costings received-all felt that a one bay with 1 flat and one basket swing, and the slides, would be what is needed for the smaller children. Grants to be explored— 40 mph Paull Road for Pensana work to commence T junction road closure for new signs and posts. Queen’s Jubilee, grant paperwork returned to ERYC, certificate received from the Jubilee Office. As a letter received by the clerk was anonymous, it was not read or discussed by councillors. Town and Parish liaison meeting-nothing to report as no one was available. Code of Conduct training-attended by Cllr Shaw-he gave an overview. Toilets-quote received from Integra-thanks to Cllr Leach—where would toilets be placed–drainage? Is planning permission needed? Ongoing costs re cleaning- (Cllr Hulme), maintenance, water and electricity costs? Are refurbished available (Cllr Leach will enquire) Are rental available—Cllr Winter will enquire to ERYC—(response is that ERYC rent from Addplant when needed- Cllr Winter) Cllr Shaw stated explore this item for the future? | ||
| Continuing Matters : The Crown-new information received 8/7/22 is that it could possibly go to Eastern planning 8 August-(information to Cllr Shaw, as he is prepared to speak in favour on behalf of PPC) ABP- information received from ABP that the committee will be set up and meet end July/ early August-Cllr Shaw PPC representative, Cllr Allen in his absence. Could it be explored that the first field as you leave the village could be used to enhance the village??—car park, café (inc toilets) etc??? Fort Paull planning application-no updates (Cllr Shaw will speak on behalf of PPC to refuse if it is called in to Eastern planning) HCC land – updates received-Cllrs Shaw and Lowde. Yorkshire Energy Park- meeting 16 June-Cllr Shaw gave feedback and complimented them on their consultation with all parties. Pensana- request for 40mph speed restriction on Paull Road to go ahead, could the site be wind powered? Sanctuary Bank-no updates. Arrangements to be made to present gift to PM-Cllrs Shaw & Hulme will make contact—at the garden party on 16 July? Cllr Shaw will speak with the artist regarding painting a plaque for the beacon. | ||
| Correspondence PSPO (public spaces protection orders) review-Paull not included in the list. Harbour Farm solar Panel consultation 26 July pm Cllr Shaw will attend Hedon Town Hall. Public 4-7pm. Cllr Annison declared an interest and excused from the discussion. Broken pane on sea wall reported, is safe, and will be repaired. Alan ERNLLCA retired—information emailed out. Holderness Health Forum via zoom, 15th August, 4.30pm-6pm. Town and Parish Events—add to September agenda. Arc4 Gypsy and Traveller accommodation questionnaire-clerk to complete. Garden Party at Riverview Saturday, 16 July, 2-4pm, any donations please?? Anne Robson trust helpline information-put in notice board, and pass to KF. National Highways survey-completed by Cllr Shaw. New Access rear St Andrews Close-civil matter, advice given that a solicitor needs appointing asap. Fire on the bank-information shared—access problem for the fire brigade, Free trees-information shared-clerk to make contact – this would be something for the future. | ||
