ABP— Planning permission ABP 18/04071/STPLFE-details of the granting–Paul Durrant now dealing—Cllr Steel is liaising as there are time limits set for meetings with parish/town council representatives-(SH-head of ERYC planning-confirmed that the applicant has 3 months from 1st April 2022 to submit details of the liaison group) -has anyone been invited to join????
Planning applications Fort Paull – updates ??
Pensana- now been granted by ERYC, even though there was vigorous opposition—is this the beginning of ABP getting detailed planning in through the ‘back door’ on their HIEP land
HCC land-Yorkshire Energy Park—7pm 16 June 2022 Preston Village hall- Cllr Shaw
Sanctuary Bank- Cllr Steel liaising with Environment Agency
Another manhole cover smashed off partly in concrete—DH kindly put it back in place and monitored over the weekend it until Roche were able to make it safe. Email sent to our local policing team regarding this continuing criminal damage—awaiting the police response
Dog fouling—ERYC will prosecute if there is evidence
