2nd Site meeting with Playdale re pricing for smaller play equipment—12.30pm Friday 10 June 2022
New defibrillator pads fitted and registered with The Circuit-expiry date 2024-thanks to Cllr Lowde
New beacon: thanks to all involved, and to Cllr Hulme for organising. Thanks to go to the company for an amazing job.    
            
Continuing Matters :    
The Crown-no updates, clerk to contact TW-case manager-to ask if the recommendation is to refuse, if so-ask for it to be called in to committee, and register for PPC to speak—there is a need for creating more family housing in the village, and to support the school
ABP- still no communication to PPC, –Cllr Steel liaising with ERYC planning, and ABP, new name at ABP- time limits set to expire 30/6/22 for liaison committee to be set up. What happens if they do not comply??
Fort Paull planning application-PPC have objected and have requested it goes to Eastern planning—register Cllr Shaw to speak asap
HCC land – no updates-DM on leave
Yorkshire Energy Park- meeting 16 June, 7pm, Preston Community Hall-Cllr Shaw
Pensana- request for 40mph speed restriction on Paull Road to allow access to the site—contact ERYC to complain that until they chopped the hedges in 3 places on Paull Road the access has always been off the slip road on the A1033, and should remain the access.
Sanctuary Bank-Cllr Steel is in contact with EA, who stated that they have done a site visit but it appears they were in the wrong place—Cllr Steel has requested another site visit to enable her to accompany the EA
More criminal damage to a manhole cover-thanks to DH for temporary repair, and to NPS and Roche for the repair. Police informed
Cars pulling onto the grassed area off the carpark-blocks in the future?
Dog fouling-any information of who is responsible-please send to the clerk—ERYC will prosecute if there is enough evidence
