Matters Arising Therefrom  
NPS/Roche sorted as a matter of urgency the newly found broken manhole cover -clerk emailed both with PPC thanks
East Riding Governance–Electoral Register- queries on PPC boundaries-information shared from up to date register
Site meeting with Playdale re pricing for smaller play equipment—12.30pm on Friday, 13 May
Request for more Give way signs and markers for T junction now with ERYC
Village walkabout—thanks to Cllr Woodmansey for accompanying ERYC representatives—pavements in a poor state around the village, gravel from the road resurfacing , and uneven surface Main Street—bus stop markings needing painting acknowledged, outcome of the visit will be sent to PPC in writing    
            
Continuing Matters :    
The Crown-no updates, appears to be no progress
ABP- still no communication to PPC, details of the permission granted 18/04071/STPLFE –Cllr Steel liaising with ERYC planning, and ABP, new name at ABP-committee to be set within time limits set
Fort Paull planning application-ERYC have now received the relevant information from the applicant-the ERYC case manager states that a decision is imminent—PPC have objected and have requested it goes to Eastern planning—monitor closely
HCC land – no updates-clerk to contact DM
Yorkshire Energy Park- rights of way problems?
The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee-new beacon in manufacture, Cllr Carlill is kindly digging the hole to re-site the beacon, PK is concreting Weds, Cllr Hulme liaising with everyone for the delivery and erecting, and will supply the kindling for 2/6/22– Cllr Lowde will light the beacon 2 June at 9.15pm—will it be lit on each of the evenings?
Pensana- No official update
KF will provide to the clerk, in writing, wording for the plaques for DF and BM, they will be fitted to the bench on the village hall balcony
Dog fouling-any information of who is responsible-please send to the clerk—ERYC will prosecute if there is enough evidence

Humber Low Carbon Pipeline consultation-response deadline 10 May 2022-nothing to respond as yet
The Circuit-new defibrillator pads need ordering, the current ones expire June 2022 (price was £234, however they are in the sale, so the reduced price is £213.60)

Any Questions:  
Cllr Hulme asked-Is there a need for public toilets in the village? What would the cost be, also the continuing upkeep, cleaning etc? Look at in the future
