Matters Arising Therefrom  
The meeting opened with a very informative presentation from PX Limited, who provided an enjoyable supper. We were updated of the current site, and forward plans.

Replacing of the beacon currently situated in the Crown grounds—
Security at the lighthouses has been again reported to ABP
Dead tree by the church—confirmed by ERYC that he felling is their responsibility
Thanks sent to all concerned in the Remembrance Service, and to Mrs Coggs for the excellent supper    
            
Continuing Matters :     
ABP- still no communication to PPC, Cllr Steel has had a conversation 
The Crown planning application-no update
Fort Paull planning application- Nature Conservation concerns? digester for effluent treatment system as drainage currently goes into the Humber? will go to committee-possibly in the new year
ROSPA report-Cllr Shaw will updated, he will check the mats near the roundabout. The splits in the wood needs a close eye—is it still under manufacturer warranty? PPC have no documentation—Cllr Leach will ask re the paperwork
Newbald Parish Council- will send email for approval in the new year prior to submitting a constructive email re planning
HCC land -no updates
Yorkshire Energy Park- Cllr Woodmansey attended the recent meeting- the number of jobs quoted has been questioned
The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee-add to January agenda  
                
Correspondence

Annual precept- needs signing at January meeting—clerk to take advice-is increase limited to maximum 3.99%? (all agreed to increase by the maximum available)
Holderness Health Forum-clerk sent in an email—our comments were taken on board at the forum, email sent out with the forum Q & A
National Grid—information of events shared-email sent out previously

a. Yorkshire Water: nothing to report
b. PX: presentation 6pm this evening—do we want separate or joint parish/town council meetings in the future?
c. Misubishi Uk: nothing to report  
d. Triton Power Ltd (prev S.C.C Ltd): nothing to report
e. Vivergo : fully staffed and due to start up in the new year     
f. Ineos : nothing to report     
g. Environment Agency : Cllr Steel is experiencing great difficulties  in exploring the access etc to the Sanctuary with the EA. Cllr Hulme has located the memory stick with the initial information, if it can be opened he will share with Cllr Steel. Cllr Steel will contact AG at YWT to set up a site meeting   h. Pensana: a discussion with PX members regarding the safety of materials, planning passed–awaiting funding

d. Police / Neighbourhood Watch: information and figures previously emailed out   e. Lighting: poor street lighting Leonards Close—a double head on the lamppost was going to be included in a scheduled upgrade as covid broke—clerk to contact ERYC again for update—clerk has spoke to lighting, they will update me w/c 6 Dec

f. Allotments: Cllr Beadle – the main gate to be locked, IR as key holder—information regarding new the Avian flu guidelines passed to Cllr Beadle. Notices to be put up       
g. School info: alarm concerns are being dealt with. The numbers of children in the school are falling, the school are wanting to advertise to attract more children—are PPC able to make a donation towards the very expensive advertising?  £100 proposed by Cllr Woodmansey, seconded Cllr Annison, all agreed
h. Sports field: a discussion around setting up a constitution and charging structure for usage of the field—as it is a sports field plus-what is permissible –what do other councils charge—clerk to enquire -look at in the new year, it was noted that the no dogs bylaw only applies to the school playground        
i. Community Recreation area: ROSPA inspection completed-Cllr Shaw has studied and will check in the park, Cllr Leach will look to search out any warranty paperwork etc (as noted above)       
j. Road Safety / Highways: New drainage in place outside the Humber Tavern—landlord will monitor-many thanks to Cllr Winter        
k. Emergency: Emergency Plan updated by Cllr Shaw – copy sent to ERYC       
l. Transport: nothing to report                   
m. Village Hall: Cllr Lowde – tickets available for the carol concert 10 December, Craft Fair Saturday 4th December 2021-11am-3pm
