Matters Arising : Guest speaker postponed until May meeting            
 Continuing Matters :  
Repair of the Lane- clerk met with the Community Hours Team and thanked them for the superb work they do in the village, and the excellent ongoing repair of the lane
Paull Holme Strays-Cllr Hulme-send many thanks to Cllr Steel and the EA for the new path, however it is incredibly muddy where there is no stone which will make access to the new picnic tables difficult-could the stone be extended? -Cllr Steel
Lighting of the beacon 8 June-Cllr Hulme requested commitment of a working party to fill the beacon, and to be present at the lighting. Ideas of who to light it-May meeting, Many thanks for the flag donation to Cllr Woodmansey
Sanctuary Bank seating-Cllr Allen will liaise with DH, Cllrs Annison, Leach, Hulme to arrange a working group now the weather is drying up-Many thanks to the shipyard for their continued support in housing the benches
PPC assets regularly checked, some trees identified as needing felling-clerk to contact JG–continued thanks to Cllr Leach
Tesco funding bid, clerk will share any information
Fort Paull caravan park application REFUSED by the ERYC Eastern area sub-committee- needs to retained as historical interest—Cllr Shaw will liaise with Cllr Gallant re historical status, clerk will contact ERYC Conservation Officer for advice -many thanks to the ‘refuse’ speaker from YWT at the meeting
ABP HIEP meeting 27/3/2024-Cllr Shaw attended and gave an update—application for electricity on site, seeking investments—mitigation land monitoring time limits???–lighthouses ongoing, steps have been made to improve security–on the latest set of plans the first field as you leave the village is not featured, Cllr Shaw will liaise with YWT, Carbon credits? Habitat? mitigation land???? – there will be a ‘community chest’ in the future- re the road application, it was stated that the large towers that were to be stored would now possibly not be using the road
Northern Powergrid regional workshop-Cllr Shaw shared the information
Playing Pitch Strategy completed and returned to ERYC
