Continuing Matters Financial regulations, Standing orders-needs agreement/adopting-Cllr Lowde/Cllr Shaw BPWFG -benches and picnic tables purchased and kindly stored at the Shipyard-site meeting with the EA Tuesday, 3rd October 2023 at 10am, to confirm placings-Cllrs Allen (and Annison tbc) DH- anyone else available? Emergency Plan- updated copy to ERYC and clerk? -Cllr Shaw Remembrance Sunday-12th November 2023- all arranged and booked for 3pm Vitally important the checks on PPC assets are kept up to date for the clerk to log, and clerk informed asap of any problems Lane and woods—confirmed that MC will repair the lane. Clerk negotiated with TW at ERYC– scalpings will be available-Cllr Lowde liaising with TW re delivery and storage on the carpark (keep KH and Community Payback updated) CCTV car park-cameras in place-signage for the lane and car park -Cllr Hulme, signage for play area-Cllr Woodmansey Planning application Fort Paull –no updates, continue to monitor Give way signs-correspondence YEP meeting 28th September-Cllrs Shaw and Hulme attended ABP/HIEP consultation re potential off-road link -????4th October Paull Village Hall 4pm -8pm???
