Matters Arising Therefrom  
Elections-all Paull Parish Councillors re-elected unopposed, Cllr Shaw to write to Cllr Winter to thank for all his hard work and support for PPC whilst serving as Ward Councillor. All expressed their sadness at losing a valuable colleague
Ivy on trees in the wood-advice from ZB at ERYC-Cllrs Leach and Allen will look at -mark up-councillors to arrange a working party to mark up dead/fallen trees for sawing up, also check trees in the lane too—replace with free tree planting scheme? weekly checks and paper trail for insurance purposes-see BHIB entry in correspondence
Late bus request – councillors decided that as there was no one to distribute or collect the questionnaires nor any funding to fund a late bus, contact ERYC to cancel, and thank for their input. (Paull buses are already heavily subsidised by ERYC and underused.)

The King’s Coronation-many thanks to all involved in putting up and taking down the bunting, also many thanks to Dave and Colleen who planted up the beautiful tribute and gave their time free of charge

Fort Paull planning application-Cllr Winter has advised no further updates.
Sanctuary Bank-Cllr Steel – EA looking to do the drainage work, Cllr Steel will update as the land needs to be drained before any heavy tables are erected (should we be lucky to access grant applied for)

BHIB insurers-paper trail of all parish assets -weekly-Cllrs Leach and Allen will text clerk weekly after their walk rounds to upate, (clerk will keep inventory–) and inform of any problems-manhole covers (any problems Cllr Beadle/Roche?/PBS?-bus shelters-woods-lane etc, Cllr Shaw checks the playpark, as does DH

Problems with the new grass cutting contract, breakdowns-Cllr Lowde sorted in time for the car boot sale-cost £80-agreed
Several verbal queries as to accessing the car park as there is a notice at the top of High Paull Lane stating private road—discuss at next meeting as it is a parish council unadopted road-clerk to arrange signs for either end warning of potholes -own risk-and no liaibilty accepted. Cllr Lowde informed there is sometimes tarmac available, he has filled potholes in at Thorngumbald Road end of the lane.

f. Allotments: Many thanks to Cllr Beadle for collecting the rents- all allotments let         
g. School info: Forest Trust working in the school- grant awarded from the King’s coronation fund for a greenhouse- delivered-due to be erected in half term-land ongoing
h. Sports field: hopefully teething problems with cutting-as above         i. Community Recreation area: 2 flat swings grant  applied for as above, also steering wheel for combine as above       
j. Road Safety / Highways:        
k. Emergency: 2 new packs of defib pads are available from the clerk.

Clerk raised that in the future,  any matters discussed and are to be pursued needs clarification from the outset who will take responsibility– to save a lot of time and work inputted , with no follow up outcomes.
