Matters Arising Therefrom  
Playground site visit with Graham Stuart MP, parish councillors, ward councillors and local policing team, went very well.
Graham Stuart has acknowledged a letter sent by Cllr Shaw  regarding the possibility of an overseer from ERYC of all the cumulative projects in our area.  
Cllrs Woodmansey and Beadle will sort the viewing platform as per the ROSPA advice- possibly put wood uprights in?

HCC land purchase-refund from the solicitor, also Land Registry documents received-thank you letter to go to David Macnamara  

the spare rocks need re siting to stop vehicle access—the carpark is ‘chewed up’ in places. Cllr Hulme will explore with Cllr Carlill—agreed costs of up to £600 for the hire of the vehicle (on tracks?) Cllr Annison will look at possible temporary measure depending on the machine availability via Cllr Carlill.

Fort Paull planning application-Cllr Winter advised no further updates.
PX meeting-Monday, 30th January 2023, 6pm, Preston Community Hall no one was available to attend, email sent regarding any possible systems in place to inform residents re alarms.
Sanctuary Bank-Cllr Steel has spoken with the Local Access Forum, and is awaiting costings from the EA-PPC to then apply for grants.
