Matters Arising Therefrom  
New playpark equipment ordered from StreetScape, thanks to Cllr Woodmansey for attending the site meeting arranged to confirm which bits need removing, also thanks to Cllrs Woodmansey, Beadle and Annison for liaising and the removal.  Residents have asked that the upright frame remains, as it is popular and frequently used-clerk to inform StreetScape Cllrs Woodmansey and Beadle will take a look at the viewing platform and possibly put wood uprights in?  
Huge thanks again to Cllr Winter, who has secured a further donation of £1,400 from Equinor towards the equipment. Thank you letters to go along with photographs when the park completed.

Advice regarding absences from 6 consecutive parish council meetings shared-Cllr Shaw-clerk to make contact

Remembrance Sunday-13th November 2022, 3pm at the Cenotaph, refreshments afterwards in the Village Hall. Clerk confirmed with Rev Pulko that the Methodist Minister Helen will deliver the service. Cllr Lowde has the order of service and wreath. Cllr Beadle will look for a small trough/ planter to replace an old one.    
            
Continuing Matters :  
HCC land purchase completed on 7th October 2022, the solicitor will update when registered with the Land Registry.  Plan of the site? Who pays for the bins emptying—HCC to ERYC? Free Tree planting scheme in place-the spare rocks need re siting to stop vehicle access–
The Crown-the application has been approved by ERYC
ABP- 18/04071/STPLFE- liaison meeting– Cllr Shaw’s deputy will be either Cllr Allen or Cllr Lowde should he not be available. Next meeting to be in January in Hedon.
Fort Paull planning application-Cllr Winter advised no further updates
Yorkshire Energy Park-have created an Annual Community Fund- from 1 January 2023, of £20,000- CVS will manage the funding bids for good causes
Pensana- hedges have to remain around the site, also lots of information in the Business News, 40mph speed limit in place
Sanctuary Bank-Cllr Steel liaising with the EA to arrange a site meeting when the ground is wet, Cllr Hulme will contact Cllr Steel as he would like to be at the meeting

Cllr Lowde shared information regarding difficulties in using the village hall as a warm hub, insurance requirements, volunteers and training needed, extra risk assessments, could the village hall be leased to the parish council-however this would create the same difficulties, is there a number for people to ring in an emergency—ERYC 01482 393939-is there indication of any residents wanting to use a warm hub? Are the pubs available?

Cllr Hulme-Flood risk information for Paull-massive differing levels of risk between EA and the government website (a nationwide problem)—can be discussed at the ER meeting that is to be rescheduled (can contact A Bravey)
Cllr Hulme—sign for beacon—Cllr Shaw has spoken with the artist, she will address after her Christmas commissions
