Matters Arising Therefrom   The meeting opened with a very informative presentation from the applicants of the Crown planning application. A long discussion took place as they showed another set of plans. Councillors were advised that the stumbling block appears to be from the Conservation office—Cllr Winter will make contact with S W requesting a site meeting for the councillors, it was agreed that the 2nd set of plans produced previously were PPC preferred option, and the housing is much needed. (TBC pm 24th Feb in Paull) Councillors asked for it to called in to committee
New beacon needed to celebrate The Queen’s Jubilee-clerk to apply for ERYC grant, and to source,    
            
Continuing Matters :     
ABP- still no communication to PPC,

Fort Paull planning application- No updates-monitor closely
HCC land -no updates
Yorkshire Energy Park- no feedback from recent meeting, final designs in development
The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee-(new beacon needed-as above)  does the school have any plans-Cllr Hodgson will speak with the head

Defibrillator now registered with the Circuit-the national Defib Network, they email clerk/Cllr Lowde to check when used, when pads, battery etc need replacing

Thank you email from Paull Primary School re donation- previously circulated
New Pensana planning application 21/04695/CM-PPC have written in to object, the objection is to the proposed siting, want to see it back within the PX boundaries as per the original application. A long discussion took place, as this is only the first stage, there will be a further application to build as big again for a magnet production. Consult with Hedon Town Council and Preston Parish Council to look at next steps, possibly invite MO to address at one joint meeting??

Any Questions:  
Ongoing problem with dog fouling in the village, and bags being dumped or thrown into trees and hedgerows beyond Paull Holme—clerk to order signs (email sent to dog warden ERYC)
Food banks- is there anything in the village, it’s costly to go on the bus to Hedon Methodist Church, aware Hedon Inmans school have their Helping Hands—Cllr Hodgson will speak to Paull school
