Matters Arising Therefrom Remembrance Day-Sunday 14th November 2021 at 3pm. Rev Sue Pulko will lead, bugler-TN (kindly sorted by SV) wreaths delivered, refreshments afterwards (by Mrs Coggs) in the Village Hall (booked by JL) order of service, BO has the flag, Cllr Lowde will collect the wreaths Combine wheel-Cllr Lowde Security at the 2 lighthouses—reported to ABP, fence has recently repaired—Cllr Allen informs that it’s broken again and there is now graffiti, red lighthouse not working—clerk reported again to ABP(8/11/21) Moving/repair/replace the beacon in the Crown—Cllr Beadle and Leach will update clerk after surveying-clerk messaged contact to inform (8/11/21) | ||
Continuing Matters : ABP- still no communication to PPC, Cllr Steel has written to ABP and has had a written response, and is liaising with PADEL, Clerk to continue to liaise with our neighbouring clerks. Correspondence The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee-June 2022-beacon as above Annual Rough Sleeper survey-clerk to respond 18th November Dead tree opposite Low Paull Farm-clerk responded to J McGivern’s email and gave ZB (ERYC)contact details. Email for update 8/11/21 Tree planting—free trees-look at criteria for the future Cemetery Questionnaire—discussion, clerk to contact ERNLLCA for advice Night poaching patrols-information shared Holderness Health Forum-PPC have the same concerns that have been highlighted: face to face and virtual GP consultations still difficult, phone system not fit for purpose, callback system cancels out after 2 hours, Queuing outside in the bad weather—concerns not aimed at staff but at the system–clerk to respond Fly tipping- email from YWT shared –concerns raised could this new pass system create more fly tipping in our area Information from the police that the fence broken down giving access to the 2 lighthouses-clerk contacted ABP, who repaired it. Ineos : nothing to report g. Environment Agency : Cllr Steel is experiencing great difficulties in exploring the access etc to the Sanctuary with the EA. Cllr Hulme will pass the original plans to Cllr Steel (as agreed at October mtg). It was stated that PPC agreed with the EA to certain conditions, these have been completely disregarded. Clerk contacted A Gibson at YWT, and passed his contact details to Cllr Steel, she is arranging a site meeting h. Pensana: no updates | ||

Police / Neighbourhood Watch: Local police team are monitoring the area for any suspicious activities including poaching, any information to 101, or 999 in an emergency e. Lighting: nothing to report f. Allotments: Cllr Beadle informed that the grass track is being driven on and becoming spoilt in the wet weather, it was agreed to padlock the gate and leave an access for pedestrians, IR will be additional key holder g. School info: concerns that the school alarm has been going off recently after hours—is there a key holder that can be contacted to turn it off? Clerk to contact the school h.
