    Matters Arising:
    Old original postcards of the village, some stamped, were shown , Councillors voted
    against buying them (3 price suggestions), however one councillor would like to
    purchase them for a private collection-ST will enquire and update
  4. Continuing Matters:
  • Land near the post box, the solicitor will meet with Cllrs Shaw and Lowde to
    complete the paperwork
  • Playground inspec on paperwork -Cllr Shaw -ongoing
  • Skelpings- all used, when any more deliveries, put a request for Community
    Payback
  • Lighthouses-no update response from ERYC Conservation Officer-Cllr Lowde has
    contacted RD to ask possible article highlighting the state etc
  • Self-closing gates playpark- look lovely, look at replacing the side gate, Cllr
    Annison will purchase a chain and padlock on behalf of the parish council
  • .gov.uk website, domain and email addresses etc all progressing through,
    Netwise, New laptop delivered, telephone banking discussed as a possibile way
    of paying some bills-Cllr Lowde took the paperwork
  • Cars/recovery vehicle, response from ERYC Safer Communities, PPC have made
    all statutory organisations aware, untaxed vehicle reported to the DVLA, many
    thanks to the parishioner who a ended the open meeting with the police at
    Sandhills, and discussed the situation
  • Hydrogen pipeline 2 planning applications discussed, noted Padel response,
    also ST, owner of the Tower updated councillors- information changes on
    different maps and he is making a personal representation to them, he has
    contacted and representatives are happy to come to a meeting,
  • Pond, no further information, Cllr Annison felt it would be difficult, Cllr Hulme
    felt maybe look at it again in the future. Cllr Hulme informed that the masts and
    buildings in the BBC field are due to be demolished in the next few weeks, is
    the land to be/ already sold?

5.Correspondence
a. Bench plaque-now in situ, Cllr Hulme spoke to the chap
b. Fallen tree near the BBC field, ERYC are aware and will come out to check,
thanks to D&SL Tankers for clearing off the road
c. Tent overnight in the far carpark-thanks to AG from YWT for dealing, and
offering any support. Response from the local police is that, for future
reference, it needs referring to ERYC
d. East Hull Harriers, road closure notices are placed-14th April
e. Damp and mould information-noted
f. Repair to the lane/carpark T Cook & son £514+£102.80 vat=£616.80
