Matters Arising:  
Invite CEO Holderness Health to July meeting  
Gov.uk domain/website- Cllr Lowde gave information that councils cannot change to this themselves-there are cost implications from the approved 29 organisations (£500-£1,000?) at present it is not mandatory to change, parish councillors voted to remain the same-proposed Cllr Lowde, sec: Cllr Shaw, all agreed
            
4. Continuing Matters:  
pavilion roof-completed £3220=vat £644, removal of old roof cost £200+£40 vat-proposed Cllr Annison, sec Cllr Lowde-all agreed
Land near the post box-Cllr Lowde has spoken to Land agents F Hill, J Upton will measure up (there is a cost), PPC will then need to appoint a solicitor
RE yard free tree planting-Cllr Hulme had site meeting- Cllr Shaw updated that no tree planting can go ahead on this land as it is a scheduled monument, incorporated with Paull Fort Battery. Clerk with speak to ERYC-can the schedule monument status be removed?-email sent for advice 6/6/25
VE/VJ Day £500 Grant from ERYC to Fort Paull- to be paid when the money is paid into PPC a/c
Model Standing Orders 2025 Update –prop: Cllr Shaw, sec: Cllr Lowde-all agreed to adopt
Councils Health and Safety Webinar 13 May- Cllr Leach couldn’t attend, ERNLLCA will send details out
