Minutes of the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING held Thursday 1^st May 2025

1. Apologies : Cllrs Shaw, Carlill, Hulme, Leach

• In attendance :  Cllrs Lowde, Annison, Woodmansey, Hodgson, Allen, Beadle
  Ward Cllr Steel and  the Clerk. 0 Members of the public
  
  
• Election of Chairman :  Cllr Shaw had agreed to be nominated to stand for another term of office or was happy to stand down: Cllr Shaw nominated by Cllr Allen, seconded Cllr Hodgson. There being no other nominations, Cllr Shaw was elected unanimously.

• Election of Vice-Chairman : Councillor Lowde agreed to be nominated as the vice chair, nominated by Cllr Allen, seconded Cllr Hodgson. Cllr Lowde was elected unanimously.

  Cllr Lowde shared and explained the balance sheet, proposed by Cllr Woodmansey, seconded by Cllr Annison, all agreed. To be posted in the Council Noticeboard and on the website.

1. Development & Conservation :  We continue to work closely with our neighbours, Ward Councillors, and the local authority. ABP/HIEP, YEP, Grupotec Solar Farm, Hydrogen pipeline all ongoing

   1. Cemetery –clerk continues to liaise with funeral directors, grave diggers,groundsman and stonemasons
