4. Continuing Matters:  
Dead Trees Fort Paull- no update-ERYC involved
pavilion roof-looking at being completed in the next 2 weeks, nowhere for gutters to run as would create a wet corner, clerk to ask DH to strim round Can Community Payback tidy up the triangle? Cllr Lowde will update whether we need a new application completing
Land near the post box-Cllr Lowde, Mischief of Rats—installed today, looks amazing! Here to end of August 2025, auction September-supper 6 May-Cllr Woodmansey
RE yard free tree planting-Cllr Hulme site meet, will update at June meeting
New pipeline posters up with dates of venues/ presentations-Paull Village Hall, Weds, 7th May 2025, 4pm-8pm
VE/VJ Day Thursday 8 May 2025- beacon lighting 9.15pm many thanks to all concerned for their input (clerk has informed  Events at ERYC)

f. Allotments: rents £800 collected, many thanks to Cllr Beadle, who will send Cllr Lowde a water meter reading         
g. School info:  land now in use         
h. Sports field: roof on pavilion as above, who is training on Thursdays??? Cllr Hodson will ask that they contact the clerk—up to date only Monday evenings has been agreed. Cllr Lowde asked if anyone knows of a line marking machine. Cllr Lowde helped with the parking for Fort Paull with the overspill onto the sportsfield
