  Matters Arising: Civility and Respect- Cllr Lowde outlined the expectation of complying with protocols and rules, showing respect to guest speakers and to each other in meetings. We have signed up to the Code of Conduct-copies available of requested. Cllr Lowde will send out bullet points.            
4.Continuing Matters:
Fort Paull- the Christmas tree refused by the parish council is now planted and beautifully decorated at Fort Paul, many thanks to ST of Stone Creek, and the 2 Nicks. Many thanks to Cllr Lowde, who  opened the sports field as a car park for the Christmas Fair, boggy parts had to be coned off -Cllr Lowde will liaise for future events
pavilion roof-Cllrs Shaw and Hulme, PK, -costings not yet available
carpark repairs completed and paid for. Cllr Hulme stated the excellent job that Community payback do on the lane. Cllr Lowde will contact TW at ERYC re chippings
Jim Bells Lane- no more information
Grass verge BBC field- many thanks to TW at ERYC for liaising with Cllr Hulme
Bird boxes now in situ, email to thank the school, bat and owl boxes-YWT? (Cllr Hulme will contact DD)
Playground re wood splits-continue to monitor
Saltbin near the riding school- Cllr Hodgson will sort out a lid
Drain behind Integra-MC has an arrangement with Integra to cut annually
Seat behind the riding school-in situ, many thanks to DH for placing all the benches
Fireworks-ERNLLCA + police response- police will attend 2025, put on Oct 2025 agenda
