Financial Regulations draft document and Standing Orders draft document-agreed to adopt in December meeting-clerk to liaise with Cllr Lowde
Hedges roadside near the BBC field- Thanks to JG for the excellent job, and for sorting the dangerous fallen tree 
Sanctuary Bank seating-Cllr Allen advised of the agreed placings, he will liaise with DH, Cllrs Annison, Leach, Hulme to arrange a working group-Many thanks to the shipyard for their continued support in housing the benches
HIEP- next Community Liaison Group meeting-Paull 10 January 2024-NOW CANCELLED
PPC assets regularly checked, thanks to Cllr Leach
MS3-monitor closely, AH from ERYC is investigating the current situation, is Quickline looking to come into this area?(Cllr Steel will make enquiries)
Tesco funding bid accepted- please ensure that the counters given out when you shop at the Withernsea store are used to vote (Jan-March)!!

g. School info: Forest Trust working in the school, Cllr Steel and SBM liaising with the Head
h. Sports field: grass cutting-ask Cllr Lowde to liaise with Cllr Shaw and clerk regarding the bill, and any response from ERYC from the complaint.    Cllr Hulme expressed concerns that the land around the football hut is being used regularly as a toilet—he agreed he will report any further concerns to 101, also he is happy to clear the vegetation and undergrowth around the hut over the next few months, Cllr Annison advised that any bushes or small trees have to be down before the birds start nesting-1st March. Could the organisers of fishing matches provide portaloos? Any ideas for new toilets in the village to February meeting (initial and ongoing costs, siting, managing etc)        
i. Community Recreation area: replanting of a donated tree unsuccessful, new steering wheel ready to go on.       
j. Road Safety / Highways: monitoring strips due for Back Lane, also apparently a 7day notice was placed on the van parked on ER land near the shipyard but it is still there?        
k. Emergency:  nothing to report
l. Transport: nothing to report                 
m. Village Hall:  query as to the toilets being made available—there was a feeling that people would not walk that far…..
