· Land Registry paperwork re land ownership Main Street, Paull · New road markings completed Back Lane/ Main Street- thanks given to R Wilson at ERYC for prompt sorting · Permanent closure of Fort Paull-clerk spoken to English heritage and Historic England—they were speaking with their Buildings Team, and all partners- they were aware of the impending sale and informed me that it is listed as well as a scheduled monument. Cllr Steel contact details passed on · Pot holes High Paull Lane/ open manhole cover adjacent to High Paull—clerk spoke with Mr Terry Garnett ( in the absence of AP) and followed up in an email—they have covered the manhole (Roach Civil Engineers) and contacted YW to make a more permanent repair(13/2), he has had a quote of circa £2,500 to fill most of the dangerous potholes, he will be asking HCC to consider (24/2) · Environment Agency—discussed concerns, and email to B Sharkey in the absence of TC, outcome -there is to be a site visit arranged and councillors invited
