4.       Matters Arising Therefrom

 

·         ABP update-watching for the full planning application going in to ERYC, Nick no limits has written to ERYC re the renewal of the LDO. Cllr Shaw read out supportive responses from neighbouring councils-Hedon & Ottringham, and from Friends of the Earth. Photo Montages of ‘how it will look’ from Padel,

·         Yorkshire Energy Park- has a smaller planning application been submitted to ERYC?

·         Remembrance Sunday-Lovely service and fantastic spread from Mrs Coggs.  Cllr Lowde explained that there are some issues re village hall and other organisations

·         Composite Bench-delivered and kindly taken in and stored by B Osbourne-Cllr Lowde liaising with P Knight re base and fixing by the cenotaph-Cllr Lowde has approval up to £200

·         Consultation evening by Forward Planning ERYC- attended by Cllrs Shaw and Lowde-update given—not really relevant to Paull

·         Campers on the carpark—clerk to speak to HCC re legal position, enforcement? Are any Notices /signages available??

·         Precept—to be discussed at Jan meeting

·         Thanks to Councillors who attended the licencing of the new vicar, Rev Susan Pilko, and a reminder of the crib and carol service 23 Dec

 

 

 

 

 

5.    Continuing Matters :

 

·  Big thanks to Holderness Landscapes for all the brilliant work in the village

·  Traffic management Joint Venture—attending Feb mtg-discuss markers

·         Community Recreation Area:  Cllr Failey gave update -Community Grant-£20,000 awarded to the Community Area by National Grid—Cllr Steel explained that the order needs to be placed as designated in the submitted bid

·  Charity status- Cllr Lowde -ongoing

f .School info : no update, but Cllr Steel will contact ERYC re dangerous derelict blacksmiths building adjacent, which has been reported on numerous occasions over the years
