Land near the post box-arrange a meeting as requested with DM at Sandersons Solicitors-Cllrs Shaw and Lowde- email sent offering dates
RE yard – tree planting- Information gained from the visit of TreeFirst was that it would not be viable to plant trees on this land as unaware of what is underground. A discussion took place as to whether the parish council want to take on more trees as there are already many to take care of, query the previous layout of the RE yard, it is still a scheduled monument (is this something Fort Paull might have information of) Councillors voted to put this on the back burner for now, and could possibly re look at in the future
Humber Carbon Capture direct drilling- asked to be kept updated-noted
IT template -PPC agreed to adopt, Cllr Shaw prop, seconded Cllr Lowde-vote All
Safety around trees (Clear Councils) advice sought from a site visit by TreeFirst-Cllrs Lowde and Leach informed of the valuable information given by Alex, he advised that PPC mark trees and routes with colour codes, a log must be kept IN WRITING to identify any potential issues, regular checks made, leave dead trees in situ if they are safe as it can make it more dangerous to remove- ( the 3 dead Ash trees can be taken out safely) so as not to upset the balance, don’t plant new trees as they will be fighting for the light, continue to maintain Health and Safety of the trees as the woods are in good condition ( the tree with the swing on has lost some bark and branches, it is safe but needs monitoring, same with the split trunk tree)
He suggested getting a map and creating a detailed Tree Management plan, noting everything checked regularly, and in detail once a year.  Cllr Shaw will look at Google maps, could Cllr Beadle help by putting his drone up? Would PPC look at TreeFirst maybe visiting every 2 years?? Cost of the visit £236, Cllr Lowde prop, Cllr Leach seconded, All agreed
Tap for the cemetery-Cllr Annison will source a tap (all agreed cost to PPC) that will automatically switch off, he will use the water pipe in situ and place over the wall into the cemetery. The water meter is checked twice a year (Cllr Lowde), PPC could make a donation-add to March agenda.
The new wheelchair ramp has been installed in the cemetery-thanks to DH
Sports Field-use of the pitch for training Wednesdays-Cllr Hulme

5.Correspondence
Proposed use of the football pitch Saturdays for matches, Cllr Lowde has been liaising with the manager of the team, are the original goalposts that are buried in the undergrowth legal and safe-they have hooks on and are incredibly heavy, and have been weld repaired in the past. It would be useful for goalposts to be left in permanently, (PPC have had requests for goalposts) with the nets put away after the games. Cllr Lowde will update, the season starts 13 Sept, Clerk has passed details of grants available for new posts to the manager
