Matters Arising: Presentation by Fort Paull Discussion around using carpark and sports field for parking 2 November, weather permitting-clerk to check with ERYC, great news to hear that the biker night has been a great success, as has all events. events will soon be stopping for the winter            
4. Continuing Matters:  
Land near the post box-meeting at Sandersons Solicitors 15 October 2025-Cllrs Shaw, Lowde, and clerk
ROSPA annual visit – the inspection notes were emailed to all councillors–ask DH to secure the bench further away from the monkey climb, also repair the gate, clerk to apply for grant to BPWFF for 2 heavy duty picnic benches
Playground inspection training Worlaby, Cllr Leach and DH booked
Remembrance Sunday, all booked and confirmed, cost of buffet by Mrs Coggs-prop Cllr Hodgson, sec Cllr Leach, all agreed
Postie retirement, bouquet and restaurant voucher-which? A small presentation buffet in the tavern?
Christmas tree, festive lighting- Cllr Lowde will query with the Village Hall Committee regarding placing Christmas tree/s on the balcony, and electric supply and update in November’s meeting
Fireworks-Fort Paull display 2 November, parking as above, clerk to email our local police team as requested re unauthorised firework displays in the car park last year
Flail mowing, undergrowth- Cllr Annison will arrange flail mowing for lane, opposite The Old Vicarage, near the pavilion, etc, cost agreed
Tree safety- tree policy- Cllr Shaw will formalise for November meeting, informal check annually by PPC, 3 year check by Arborist, all need to be vigilant, everything needs logging so there is a paper trail
Tap cost for the cemetery-Cllr Annison very kindly donated the tap and fitting
Pitch for matches Saturdays, ongoing, awaiting update from the team manager re goalposts
Sports Field-use of the pitch for training Wednesdays-Cllr Hulme spoke with the players, their own pitch had been waterlogged,
Lorries parking on Paull Road outside Integra- Cllr Hulme, no further action required, it needs to be rung in to 101 as it is happening if it is deemed a genuine danger, do ERYC have a traffic planning policy?
