Matters Arising:
Presentation by N Taylor from Fort Paull Nick outlined the events for this summer, he explained the parking arangements- no parking signs, signs to the event, marshalls, he and Cllr Lowde sorted the gate system, he will forward posters and a list of events. There is a 40’s weekend 4-5 May which will include VE Day celebrations. They are looking at ideas for Paull residents.
            
4. Continuing Matters:  
Trees Fort Paull- NT informed no update from ERYC
pavilion roof-Cllrs Shaw and Hulme,  quote due next week
Grass verge BBC field, thanks emailed to ERYC for their cutting back of trees, shrubs and vegetation, can Community Payback tidy up the triangle? Cllr Lowde will make contact
bat/ owl boxes? AG kindly donated a bat box-passed to school, they will see if they can make some, can we get some owl boxes made??
HIEP meeting-Cllr Shaw-next week, he will query the road planning application, and has asked for the lighthouses to be added to their agenda, also the van on ABP land
Land near the post box-Cllr Lowde will contact a land agent regarding the Title of the land-PPC maintain it, Mischief of Rats–all agreed to the siting of the Integra sponsored Rat sculpture on the area- installation 1st May, to end of August 2025
Stone chippings-hopefully available April onwards
Vehicle broken windows is parked on ABP land, no leaks therefore EA cannot help, Cllr Shaw will query at next week’s meeting
VE day flag, thanks to Cllr Woodmansey for donating it-passed to Barry, agreed it will be raised at the Cenotaph
School granted permission to use the land behind, there are time limits to commence the work    
                
5.Correspondence

Holderness Landscapes tender, proposed Cllr Lowde, seconded Cllr Hodgson, all agreed
RE yard-Cllr Hulme- is the land suitable for planting trees (keep a trail through)-would this prevent the ASB that Cllr Hulme raised-motorbikes, bonfires etc? Cllr Steel will explore if free trees are still available, and liaise with Cllr Hulme, (do we need input from ERYC YWT?)
Thanks sent in to Safer Communities and the Community Payback team for the excellent path clearing
Public Spaces Protection Order ERYC for Paull-noted and shared with our local police
Bus shelter replacement information-emailed out-noted

Burton Pidsea  Wind Farm Community Funds meeting 1 hour-11 am, Weds 19 March- Cllr Lowde will hopefully be able to attend
