Matters Arising: The King’s Trail- AG advised that some of the posts in situ are in the wrong place, he has flagged it up, it will be cut 3 times a year by ERYC, some is routed round the coastal erosion. AG stated the excellent joint working he had with our local police regarding the van that had been previously parked at the far carpark | ||
4.Continuing Matters: pavilion roof-Cllrs Shaw and Hulme, PK, awaiting price Grass verge BBC field-Cllr Hulme- no updates from ERYC, water has been seeping across the road-is there still a pipe in the old ditch? Cllr Hulme will explore when drier weather, can the triangle on the corner of the lane be tidied up? (28 February cut off date for cutting back re birds nesting) Bird boxes in situ-bat/ owl boxes? AG explained how to make the bat boxes-Cllr Beadle will make a template- will the Forest school be able to make? Owl boxes cost between £60-£100 Allotment agreements- all agreed the agreement doesn’t need amending, no need for the digger/skip-the land is now sorted. Rent increase from 1st April 2025 to £40 -proposed by Cllr Lowde, seconded by Cllr Hulme, all agreed, Cllr Beadle happy to collect Water reading allotments submitted-Cllr Lowde, continue to monitor-Cllr Beadle explained many now have water butts Criminal damage, theft of vehicle Main Street-noted Confirmation of £16,000 precept 2025-2026 New application submitted for ongoing support from Community Payback, we have run out of stone chippings- clerk has emailed ERYC | ||
5.Correspondence Equinor/SSE Thermal/Centrica Humber Hydrogen Pipeline-noted HART Poster-notedAvian Flu-information and rules-noted and information passed to Cllr Beadle ERYC VE &VJ 80th Anniversary Community Fund-passed to the school Change of use Paull Primary School- to Committee ERYC 10th February-are school sending a representative to the committee? BPWF Community Fund end of grant forms-clerk to complete, Cllr Allen has photographed the benches and seats for us to submit HIEP suggested meeting dates -Cllr Shaw will attend-March—are they prepping the roads in the field towards Saltend?? Trees Fort Paull- await information from the fort regarding their application to cut back fallen tree that are on the fort wall. Thoughts were that Paull Parish boundary is to the top of the ditch, AG mentioned SSSI site is along there, 28 February is the cut off for any clearance of hawthorn etc, bat surveys would need to be done, they will need to liaise with the Forestry dept at ERYC, does the conservation area go as far as the fort? clerk to email ZB at County Hall ER Playing pitch strategy newsletter-noted Community speedwatch event 17 February 2025 at Melton- no-one available | ||
