pavilion roof-Cllrs Shaw and Hulme, PK -measuring up next week, definite price?
Goal posts possible purchase/siting-look at when pavilion roof sorted

Traffic concerns Main Street-responses from ERYC and the local police, no accidents reported
Large shrub overhanging the roadside near the riding school-reported to ERYC -awaiting information of whose responsibility to cut back

Hedge and grass edging opposite The Old Vicarage encroaching into the road, which is causing problems should 2 large vehicles need to pass-clerk to contact Highways to ask for a meeting to look at pushing the soil back, also is it PPC responsibility to get the hedge flail mowed?

Review of Polling District areas and venues- No changes to the Paull boundary, polling to continue in the Village Hall
VE Day 8 May 2025 proposed activities—PPC will light the beacon and raise the flag, liaise with Paull Fort –Cllr Leach—who will also liaise re further events at the Fort, to look at the sports field being opened as an overflow carpark, in view of the huge support for the American car weekend– Many thanks to Cllr Lowde for opening the field, does there need to be more signage on the open days?
Site Alarms at pxlimited- H&S manager stressed that if there is a genuine concern, the air raid siren will be sounded, people should remain indoors and tune into the local radio station. Emergency numbers to contact in booklets distributed to households some time ago. MD will post some out to clerk
Paull Holme Strays car park- AG from YWT is aware of vans parking overnight and is dealing

Nothing can go ahead on site until the sports facilities are completed
