Minutes of the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING held Thursday 2 May 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Apologies<\/u><\/strong> : Cllrs Carlill, Hulme,<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    • In attendance <\/u><\/strong>:  Cllrs Shaw, Lowde, Annison, Woodmansey, Leach, Hodgson, Allen, Beadle

    • Election of Chairman<\/u><\/strong> :  Cllr Shaw agreed to be nominated to stand for another term of office : nominated by Cllr Woodmansey, seconded Cllr Annison. There being no other nominations, Cllr Shaw was elected unanimously.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      • Election of Vice-Chairman<\/u><\/strong> : Councillor Lowde agreed to be nominated as the vice chair, nominated by Cllr Woodmansey, seconded Cllr Annison. Cllr Lowde was elected unanimously.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Cllr Lowde shared and explained the balance sheet, proposed by Cllr Woodmansey, seconded by Cllr Annison, all agreed. To be posted in the Council Noticeboard and on the website.

              1. Development & Conservation : <\/strong>Concerns re planning applications ABP, Pensana, Fort Paull etc. We continue to work closely with our neighbours, Ward Councillors, and the local authority.
