There being no other nominations, Cllr Shaw was elected unanimously.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><u>Election of Vice-Chairman<\/u><\/strong> : Councillor Lowde agreed to be nominated as the vice chair, nominated by Cllr Woodmansey, seconded Cllr Annison. Vote\u2026unanimous\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026<br><br><\/li><li><strong><u>Matters arising therefrom<\/u><\/strong> : None<br>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><u>Chairman\u2019s report<\/u><\/strong><strong> :<br><\/strong>Cllr Shaw read out his report<br><br><\/li><li><strong><u>Presentation of the Balance Sheet <\/u><\/strong>(circulated)<br>Cllr Lowde shared and explained the balance sheet, proposed by Cllr Woodmansey, seconded by Cllr Annison, all agreed.
