StreetScape- Many thanks to Cllr Winter, who has accessed PPC a further grant for an amazing \u00a31,400 from Equinor, and the grant of \u00a3391 from ERYC is confirmed \u00a0
Some of the wood already in situ will need removing to make way for the new equipment, Cllr Woodmansey is meeting with Streetscape Tuesday 1st<\/sup> November, 1.30pm to confirm what needs removing.
Can we look at the viewing platform as per ROSPA? \u00a0
Site meeting through Cllr Winter with the donors YEP and Pensana arranged for 2pm on Monday, 7th<\/sup> November -who is able to attend? \u00a0 \u00a0

Land purchase- the completion of buying the land from HCC is confirmed from 7th<\/sup> October 2022. \u00a0Paull Parish Council now own the sports field, lane, carpark and woods. Clerk has verbally updated BHIB insurers. Clerk to inform ERYC. Solicitor will update PPC when the land Is registered with the Land Registry.
The Crown planning application-has been approved by ERYC, thanks to Cllrs Steel and Dennis for speaking in favour at the Strategic Planning meeting.\u00a0 The applicants would like to hold a supper -tba.
ABP\u2014 Planning permission ABP 18\/04071\/STPLFE- working group to meet in Hedon in January
Planning application Fort Paull \u2013no updates- PPC have requested it goes to the Eastern planning if put through for approval, Cllr Shaw will represent PPC.
Pensana- 40 mph speed limit signs in place, activity on Paull Road into the site, recruitment commencing.
Yorkshire Energy Park\u2014Community Fund from 1\/2\/23 of 20,000 per annum available.
Sanctuary Bank- Cllr Steel liaising with Environment Agency\u2014site meeting tba now the wet weather is here.
