If genuine same day emergency appointments telephone at 8am, the system could work more efficiently. AB will send out a short note that we can include in a newsletter to our residents.<\/p>\n<p>The surgeries are soon to extend their opening hours.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a new system trialled from November, a GP will oversee the calls coming in and triage.<\/p>\n<p>There is a regular zoom meeting held, councillors across the Holderness Health area are always invited to join. Email sent to thank<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 New playpark equipment ordered from StreetScape, site meeting to be arranged to confirm which equipment needs to be removed prior to installation &#8211;Cllrs Annison and Hulme<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Huge thanks were given to Cllr Winter, who has acquired \u00a35,000 donation from Pensana, \u00a35,000 donation from the Yorkshire Energy Park, \u00a3500 from Saltend Chemicals Park, \u00a31,000 donation from Triton Power, and \u00a3250 from Mitsubishi. \u00a0We have also applied for a grant from ERYC for \u00a3391. A place has to be booked if councillors want to attend, it can be viewed on youtube.<\/p>\n<p>Cllr J Dennis will speak as ward councillor in favour of the application.\u00a0 Cllr Shaw explained that we have passed all our information of support to the land agent. Reference was made to the email received by PPC from Cllr Dennis after the previous planning meeting, Cllr Shaw had responded<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0 ABP- \u00a0Cllr Shaw gave an update from the first meeting, which was held in Paull Village Hall. At present, they have no clients, and work will not commence until they do. He explained that 50 acres of the land is a \u2018freezone area\u2019 which is different to \u2018freeport status\u2019 and that the rail link from the dock is being explored. Cllr Shaw said that he had asked the ERYC planning representative M Sunman to look at ALL the work that is planned for the whole of our area, and also asked if there could be a \u2018no build zone\u2019 on land adjacent to the village. There was a suggestion of a \u2018community chest\u2019 funded by all the local developers. The meeting venues will rotate between Hedon, Preston and Paull, and each parish council representative will chair their meeting. Cllr Shaw\u2019s deputy will be either Cllr Allen or Cllr Lowde should he not be available.
