What happens if they do not comply??<br>Fort Paull planning application-PPC have objected and have requested it goes to Eastern planning&#8212;register Cllr Shaw to speak asap<br>HCC land \u2013 no updates-DM on leave<br>Yorkshire Energy Park- meeting 16 June, 7pm, Preston Community Hall-Cllr Shaw<br>Pensana- request for 40mph speed restriction on Paull Road to allow access to the site\u2014contact ERYC to complain that until they chopped the hedges in 3 places on Paull Road the access has always been off the slip road on the A1033, and should remain the access.<br>Sanctuary Bank-Cllr Steel is in contact with EA, who stated that they have done a site visit but it appears they were in the wrong place\u2014Cllr Steel has requested another site visit to enable her to accompany the EA<br>More criminal damage to a manhole cover-thanks to DH for temporary repair, and to NPS and Roche for the repair.
