Minutes of the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING held Thursday 5 May 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Apologies<\/u><\/strong> : Cllrs Beadle, Hodgson, Allen, Carlill, Leach<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    • In attendance <\/u><\/strong>:  Cllrs Shaw, Lowde, Annison, Woodmansey, Hulme
      Ward Cllr Winter, 1 member of the public & the Clerk.

      <\/li>
    • Election of Chairman<\/u><\/strong> :  Cllr Shaw agreed to be nominated to stand for another term of office : nominated by Cllr Hulme, seconded Cllr Annison. There being no other nominations, Cllr Shaw was elected unanimously.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      • Election of Vice-Chairman<\/u><\/strong> : Councillor Lowde agreed to be nominated as the vice chair, nominated by Cllr Woodmansey, seconded Cllr Hulme. Cllr Lowde was elected unanimously.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            • Chairman\u2019s report<\/u><\/strong> :
              <\/strong>Cllr Shaw gave a short verbal annual report, citing the several planning applications as a massive continuing challenge.

            • Presentation of the Balance Sheet <\/u><\/strong>(circulated)
              Cllr Lowde shared and explained the balance sheet, proposed by Cllr Woodmansey, seconded by Cllr Lowde, all agreed. To be posted in the Council Noticeboard and on the website.

            • Annual Reports from Committees<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              1. Development & Conservation : <\/strong>Concerns that Paull is being swamped by planning applications ABP, Pensana, Fort Paull etc. We continue to work closely with our neighbours, Ward Councillors, and the local authority.
