Matters Arising Therefrom<\/u><\/strong>     A warm welcome to our Ward Councillors Sue and David, and thanks to all parishioners, parish and ward councillors for everything that was done to support in the covid lockdown    <\/td> <\/td>           <\/td><\/tr>
Continuing Matters :<\/u><\/strong>  <\/u><\/strong>   ABP- covered at length in the AGM, ongoing\u2014awaiting communication from ABP to set up a working committee with local parish and town councils\u2014as directed by ERYC. The initial planning permission that has been passed is for the roads only, each and every further proposal on the site has to go to the planning committee at ERYC.   Clerk to continue to liaise with our neighbouring clerks  <\/td> <\/strong><\/td> <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong><\/td><\/tr>

Request for Thorngumbald Parish Council for a councillor to judge their allotment competition\u2014Cllr Woodmansey + LF-clerk email to inform Thorn clerk-4\/6\/21

Sing and sign classes\u2014Cllr Lowde will make contact re village hall as a venue

Draft Local Plan consultation\u2014all advised to read and comment

Holderness Lions offer of help at car boot sales-Cllr Lowde liaising with AK\u2014hopefully the July car boot can go ahead depending on government guidance 

Emails from AC regarding horse usage on the public footpath near Anson Villas, and the sports field causing serious danger to people walking the area—–clerk has explored\u2014Cllr Allen will make contact with rider, clerk will order signs as agreed-ordered 4\/6\/21, and respond to AC emails-replied 4\/6\/21<\/td>		 <\/td>                                       <\/td><\/tr>

g. Environment Agency : dyke down Turpit Lane reported in May by clerk-looked like possible paint contamination  <\/strong><\/td>		 <\/strong><\/td> <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong>  <\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
Committees <\/u><\/strong>Development & Conservation: extension 2 Humber Villas-support     The Crown Inn proposed development 21\/00581\/PLF\u2014object in it\u2019s current format\u2014visibility, density, parking concerns\u2026 Request made that it is called in to the planning committee (Cllr Winter). PPC has submitted their comments.

a.ABP: as above, Freeport status in the Humber corridor
b.Able UK\/Siemens: Information from Able passed to Cllr Shaw        
c. Police \/ Neighbourhood Watch: Concerns regarding parking down Back Road, particularly around Paghill. Local police are aware, and did not feel it an issue when they had visited. All informed to email or ring the police if they are concerned.         
d. Lighting: appears to be on hold-it was due to be upgraded in some areas of Paull in 2020

e. Allotments: Many thanks to Cllr Beadle for his involvement, and collecting the rents. He will look at leaving plots whole, and not splitting, but any requests will be looked at individually. He has been contacted by a parishioner who has some land available        f. School info: There is a Beautiful bright coloured bench in the playground, dedicated to Jacqui Kelly
g. Sports field: Thanks to Cllr Hulme -he has collected rent, it is being used for football training        
h. Community Recreation area: Cllr Shaw explained that this is an ongoing project, it was agreed for the clerk to look at grants to provide age-appropriate equipment for younger children, and to explore prices. Cllr Lowde will make contact again with the suppliers\/ installers of the wooden equipment in situ\u2014they had agreed to return to check the wood splits.       
i. Road Safety \/ Highways: Cllr Annison informed that the road from Thorngumbald to Paull, especially near Boreas Hill to the B&B, has a deep drop where the tarmac ends at the edges of the road. \u2013Clerk to contact Highways at ERYC.-reported 4\/6\/21 The flood water outside the Humber Tavern is creating a hazard, people are having to walk in the road to avoid it, also it is leaking into the cellar\u2014clerk to contact ERYC (clerk to liaise with Cllr Winter)-reported 4\/6\/21 There is a plan of road resurfacing in the East Riding, Paull is included, and hopefully will be done before September.        
j. Emergency: Emergency Plan updated by Cllr Shaw -needs a copy to go to ERYC  
k. Transport: KF informed that there are 4 extra buses coming to Paull, he was also thanked for his tireless transport work, and for agreeing to continue as Transport Champion                   
l. Village Hall: Hopefully will re-open end of June, subject to government guidelines. Cllr Lowde asked that as many as possible give offers of help to events in the village hall (if not needed, you can be released)<\/td>		 <\/td>                                                                                                         <\/td><\/tr>

Any Questions:<\/strong> What is happening with the land where the garages were demolished?-clerk will contact ERYC\u2014is there a right way there?–Cllrs Steel and Winter will visit the site after this meeting and liaise with clerk. ERYC contacted 4\/6\/21  
Stickers need removing from the glass on parish and church notice boards  
Does the parish council need to order new water pumps? Where could they be stored?  
Clerk- possible salary increase\u2014information to Cllrs, councillors will liaise prior to the next meeting, put as an item on July agenda
