There being no other nominations, Cllr Shaw was elected unanimously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Election of Vice-Chairman<\/u><\/strong> : Cllr Failey agreed to be nominated to stand for another term of office : nominated by Cllr Shaw, seconded Cllr Allen.
