There being no other nominations, Cllr Shaw was elected unanimously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Election of Vice-Chairman<\/u><\/strong> : Cllr Failey stood down, Cllr Woodmansey asked to be considered : nominated by Cllr Failey, seconded Cllr Hulme.
