·         Planning for 11 November—village hall booked, D Davies has order of service, and the wreath on behalf of the parish council—food/beverages for 30 Mrs Coggs, bugler- confirmed through Steve Verity, Rev Walker booked, electricity from Louise, need to arrange chairs…..flag…. music—recording as no keyboard player???

·         Traffic management- request for more substantial markers-site will monitor and replace
