Minutes of the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING held Thursday 3 May 2018

 

  • Apologies : Cllr Beadle, Failey, Leach & Carlill

 

  • In attendance : Cllrs Shaw, Lowde, Hulme, Woodmansey,  Annison, Hodgson, Allen
    Cllr Thurston, members of the public & the Clerk.
  • Election of Chairman : Cllr Shaw agreed to be nominated to stand for another term of office : nominated by Cllr Hulme, seconded Cllr Allen. There being no other nominations, Cllr Shaw was elected unanimously.

 

  • Election of Vice-Chairman : Cllr Woodmansey agreed to be nominated to stand for another term of office : nominated by Cllr Hulme, seconded Cllr Allen. There being no other nominations, Cllr Woodmansey was elected unanimously. Cllr Failey elected September 2018 on the resignation of Cllr Woodmansey

  1. Development & Conservation : No update on the Yorkshire Energy Park, Phase 2 of the sea defences in Paull almost completed. EA -work to commence at the Strays this month- temporary closure of the public footpath

  3. Transport – Mrs Marshall and Mr Franks continue as Village Transport Champions to represent Paull.
  • Sports Field – rocks placed around the perimeter-to be covered in the Council meeting to follow
