·  Welcome to Jon Compton and Steve Ellison from the joint venture to give an update on the National Grid Humber Pipeline

·  National grid traffic, no further complaints received from residents-excellent route signage on all access roads

·  Community recreation area—ERYC confirm no planning needed—update from the committee—Cllr Failey, letters to advise residents in adjacent properties

·  Yorkshire Wildlife Trust- new signage and replacement bench adjacent to The Tavern bus shelter- information from Tom Marshall- needs a response

·  Phase 2 of the sea defences well under way, good communication between all parties- rerouting of public footpath No6 agreed as no response from nearby residents to ERYC

·  War memorial- Everinghams have completed most of the work- now cleaning the sand stone

·  Yorkshire Enterprise Park- Hedon Town Council objections- copy received

·  Merchant Navy Red Ensigns- in situ- Cllrs Failey and Allen

·  Letter of authority and map for Mr Robinson re vermin
