· Bank Mandate- paperwork with Barclays Bank, will only allow a maximum 3 signatures, can have 2 out of the 3 signatures on cheques once change completed · Declaration and code of conduct forms · Yorkshire Enterprise Park- no information · Glass wall- update from Paul Cusick at the December meeting-tenders close 18 Jan 2017 for phase 2 of the project · Parish Plan -ongoing · Website-as above – needs to be live by 1/2/2017 · Village Hall- website opportunity-Cllr Lowde · Purchase of land from HCC-Cllr Steel · Warning signs for danger re no boundary fence carpark/ poor state of the lane -clerk contacted HCC engineers in November, was contacted by James Joannoue of NPS- sent pictures of the damage to the lane as requested, he will price the repair up (cost in April 2016 to repair it was £3000), he has priced up the boundary fence, and will look to getting all the work completed at the same time.
